Access to starting point:
A) From the Ljubljana–Celje highway, take the Šentrupert exit and follow the road ahead towards Mozirje and Logarska dolina. Immediately after the village Ljubija (which is located a little before Mozirje), the road towards Bele Vode branches off to the right. The road then runs through the village Ljubija again and 500 m after the village brings us to an intersection, where we continue straight on the road which runs by the stream (right Šoštanj, Lepa Njiva and Bele Vode). We follow this road, which soon becomes macadam, straight by the stream at all intersections. When we get to the intersection where the road towards Brložnik branches off to the left over the bridge, we park on the parking lot by the road (the parking lot is 50 m ahead).
B) We drive to Šoštanj, where from the roundabout by TEŠ we continue in the direction of Bele Vode. After the bridge over the river Paka and behind the railway track, at the intersection we continue straight in the direction of Bele Vode and also in the next intersections we follow the mentioned direction. Further, we drive past the church in Bele Vode, and then we get to a saddle north of Sv. Križ. After the saddle, the road starts descending, then in a transverse descent it brings us into the valley of the stream Kramarica, where we continue right to the nearby homestead Rebršak, where we park on an appropriate place by the road.
Route description:
From the parking lot, we cross a bridge and ascend along the road in the direction of Brložnik and Smrekovec. After a few minutes of walking along the road, we leave it, as the blazes direct us to the left onto a footpath that crosses a stream over a small bridge. The path then ascends through the forest and a little higher crosses a pasture fence, behind which the path turns left onto grassy slopes. After approximately half an hour of walking from the parking lot, we step onto the road at Spodnji Brložnik. Immediately after the information board that stands by the road, we continue right onto a cart track that quickly brings us to the mentioned farm. The well-marked path behind the farm turns right and past the hunting observatory, chapel and trough with water soon brings us into the spruce forest. The path through the spruce forest ascends gently along a cart track that after some time brings us to a forest road, where there is a junction.
We continue straight in the direction of Smrekovec (right Andrejev dom na Slemenu) along the path, which ascends somewhat more steeply. After a few minutes of further walking we come to a large meadow, across which the path brings us to the Dom na Smrekovcu in a few minutes.

Discussion about the trip Bele Vode (Rebršak) - Dom na Smrekovcu
kozo30. 01. 2011
Hi, my friend and I were at Smrekovec today. Weather was sunny most of the day, with some clouds sneaking in here and there. First we went to the summit 1577m, where we didn't find the stamp, then back to the hut, ate something, stamped cards and headed back towards Bele Vode. About 10 cm of snow, paths packed and trodden.

Maybe someone knows the following: I would like to visit Andrejev dom and Dom na Smrekovcu. In the route description on hribi.net, once the start is Bele Vode (Rebršak), the other is Bele Vode (Sveti Andrej).. As I see, this village Bele Vode is very elongated and I don't know if it makes sense to do the next route... start in Bele Vode at Rebršak - Dom na Smrekovcu - then down to Andrejev dom - Bele Vode (Sveti Andrej)??? Maybe someone knows how far apart Sveti Andrej and Rebršak are? Thanks for info

Janiel74, you've probably already walked this path but maybe the info will be useful for someone else:
today walked the circular path:
- Bele Vode (Sveti Andrej) to Andrejev dom na Slemenu (this part of the path is very annoying, as it runs along the road all the way, and the signs at intersections are only for Smrekovec, so I absolutely recommend printing the above text, and there are no markings either)
- then from Andrejev dom to Dom na Smrekovcu (part of the path we return as if going back to Bele Vode, but when we leave the road, a really pleasant walk through the forest begins and the markings are also clearly visible, I'd say new ones. At the junction I suggest not choosing the road variant but through Bukov gozd)
- finally from Smrekovec back to Bele Vode (again almost 40 minutes of walking along the road from Repšak to Sveti Andrej)

all together 6 and a half hours of walking with a break at Smrekovcu
