Since I couldn't find this title at Vodnik Hut, I made it and I'll also present Predvernar. At the barracks they closed the road to the starting point for Vodnik Hut and now the path is quite significantly lengthened. The road to Konjščica pasture is also closed. Fortunately you at least save five euros, because parking lots from the barracks are free. But they were almost all occupied early in the morning and they were already parking opposite the parking lot along the road downhill. At the paid parking lot there was still plenty of space. It looks like quite a few, especially foreigners, had the same goal as me. Probably most of them went further towards Triglav or to sleep in some hut. As I noticed, they had good equipment - shoes, helmets, safety gear. They had to start early, because late afternoon raindrops were expected and indeed on my return around three pm shortly after Vodnik Hut before the saddle opposite Ablanca it started raining properly. I was prepared for rain - raincoat, backpack cover. The path to Vodnik Hut drags along. Below Ablanca a helicopter surprised me that brought loggers to the saddle and all the way to Vodnik Hut I saw how they transport wood, because they will renovate the path around the saddle there. At Vodnik Hut I immediately started my tour to Predvernar. The little path or trail neither to the saddle nor to the top of Predvernar was damaged at all by storms. But you have to be especially careful on the descent so we don't slip. Unfortunately I didn't find my Triglav infamous snail. Every time I went up I found it. A little below the saddle I met four young Dutch guys - almost lads, who asked if they are on the right path to Stanič Hut and if Kot is nearby. They knew that from Kot you go directly to Stanič Hut. But they had no map. I showed them mine - I even have a military one - and somehow the guys after looking at my map decided to descend back to Vodnik Hut and from there go towards Kredarica and from there descend via Rž to Stanič Hut. They even copied my map with mobiles. All huts are currently full and they didn't get any other overnight stay. They had all the necessary equipment. They gave me their addresses and invited me to visit in the Netherlands. In my opinion they were just as old as to be able to drive a car. Next day they planned to conquer Triglav. I grind German poorly, so that I can at least somehow communicate in German. Vodnik Hut was bursting at the seams. Many set off further to overnight either at Kredarica or Planika. In the morning then assault on our daddy. At the hut I ordered soup for 6 euros - prices are unfortunately salty. But drinks are cooling. Back to the barracks we walked almost in unbroken column. Right before the saddle at Ablanca a small thunderstorm caught us, which quickly subsided, but just enough to wet that unpleasant rocky stuff on the trail above Konjščica pasture. Pleasantly tired I arrived at the parking lot at the barracks. But we met huge number of hikers on the path who said they go to sleep in huts around Triglav. Tomorrow then assault on our daddy.

Nothing would be wrong if you described the tour under Vernar or Vodnik Hut. One more title of similar topic…
