"You are in the world to look at the sun," wrote Tone Pavček. Yesterday, on Monday, 11.11., we had sun all the way. The aim was to go from Gozdec over the peak Kopa. 1431 m high. Nothing was known to us there. Last year a local from Bovec told us there is a cave under the peak. We found it. And continued on the long path all the way to Babanski skedenj. The aim was Mali skedenj, but since we had been twice on the big one without views, we decided to go check the peak. We checked where one can go to Mali Babanski skedenj. Maybe it comes sometime. On the peak we were alone. Nobody anywhere. With beautiful views. Planina Baban was visible. We descended in the direction of the former burned hut of Peter Skalar and GRS bivouac. Then just to the valley to the starting point.
