The easiest way for the whole KSA is a loop if you start in Log. dolina.
At Razpotje - Klemenča jama - Ojstrica - Planjava - Kamniško sedlo - Brana - Turska gora (optionally Rinke) - Skuta - Cojzova hut - Grintovec - Kočna - Češka hut - Ledine - Sav. sedlo - Okrešelj - Log. dolina.
When you get back to the valley, ask someone to drive you to Razpotje.
It is true that this is too much for two days, unless you're RedBull

For traversing these main KSA peaks (many interesting ones will remain) you don't need two cars.
For the southern variant you start at the hut in Kamniška Bistrica and then on the return there is little asphalt. You can also return from Ojstrica via Vežica.
For the northern variant the descent to Češka koča is quite substantial but very nice.
It can be done in two days, even if you don't have wings.

Young guys with a fast pace really don't need three days for the mentioned tour, unless you plan it soon when the backpack weight doubles due to winter conditions.
If Ojstrica is the last peak of the traverse, the descent Korošica - Presedljaj - Pred Belo is the most natural and direct. If you're a larger group, best with two cars, leave one 'Pred Belo' 571, drive the other to the lower station of the cargo cable car 890.

I don't care whether I need 3 days or not. First day we'd sleep somewhere in a hut to start early in the morning, since we have 1.5 hours drive to all starting points.
We're also going on the tour to enjoy. We've already conquered a lot, but here I'm not asking for opinions on what I can or can't do.
I'm only interested in the easiest option to get back to the car, so I don't have to walk who knows how many km for nothing.
The Logarska option appeals to me a lot.
What about from Češka koča to Grintovec (we could skip Kočna, since we have annual hike to Kočna) then Skuta, Rinke, bivak, Brana, Kamniško sedlo to Ojstrica and back to Kamniško sedlo, down to Okrešelj, over Okrešelj to Ledine and to Jezersko? A bit tough for the second day?

It's annoying that Češka koča is out of reach, and Frischauf is no more. In any case, the south side is more handy, where you have three bivouacs and two huts. (just in case) I suggest my variant, but the problem is that Kocbeka isn't there either, but at least water.
If you want to enjoy and do a real traverse, even two and a half days is too little. I hope to try again sometime.
For you I suggest:
First day overnight in bivouac in Kočna. (Start afternoon from KB over Kok. sedlo)
Second day ridge to Kam. sedlo and overnight.
Last day Planjava and Ojstrica remain, and descent.

If you plan to overnight in huts, check if they'll open at 4am for you.
Logistically easiest from Kamniška Bistrica and also the most "core", without detours. Even if you leave the car at Dom, you'll extend the whole tour by 1h at the start and 30min at the end, negligible compared to total time.
Still, it makes sense to plan the tour based on available water/liquid, because between Kokrsko and Kamniško sedlo there's nothing.

In 2009 I traversed like this: Friday afternoon parked at Dom in K Bistrica and to Cojzova koča (sleep). Morning to Grintovec, traversed Dolgi hrbet, Skuta, T.gora, Kotliči to Kamniško sedlo (sleep). Sunday to Planjava, over Baba to Ojstrica, descent to Kocbekov dom, then descent through Kamniško Belo, then by road to car. Super tour, of course with stable good weather...

I chose a different variant. Three days anyway. First day from Zg. Jezersko, or from parking under cable car to Kranjska koča. I had enough time to go to Mrzla gora.. And slept in Kranjska koča. At that time Franci Beguš was still the warden. Next day I headed to Koroška Rinka. Descended and also to Skuta. Slept in Cojzova koča. Third day to Grintavec. But weather got a bit bad. Because of thunder, I skipped Kočna and went to starting point to Češka koča. Then to parking.

My variant 4 years ago:
Robanov kot - Korošica (sleep) - Ojstrica - Planjava - Kamniško sedlo - Okrešelj - Ledine (sleep) - Križ - Skuta - Cojzova koča (sleep) - Grintovec - Jezerska Kočna - Jezersko
I had arranged for transport to the car, otherwise call 040-620-205 (transfers Jezersko - Logarska dolina)

Hello,
plan is:
Thursday afternoon from K.bistrica to K.sedlo (sleep). Friday start at 5am, via Kotliči-Skuta-Grintovec and return to K.bistrica.
Does anyone have data on conditions on this path and approximate timetable.

I recommend ice axe and 2.5l water. If you skip Brana, Rinke and Dolgi hrbet, with average fitness you're at Kok. sedlo at 2pm.

On Tuesday 11.7. partial traverse of KSA - from Ojstrica to Dolgi Hrbet.
The only slightly more serious snowfield is between Ojstrica and Škarje (in the picture) - because it is quite steep, with long runout, snow was firm, I put on crampons (believe quite a few could do without).
2 smaller snowfields below Sukalnik pose no problem. Snowfield just before Kotliči can be bypassed from below. 4 snowfields still before entering Skuta wall, at these temps unproblematic.

Yes. Not in plan from start. Planned G too, but from 14h constant gray cloud, on top DH blowing like mad, so bolted down. Regret only not hopping from Kokrško sedlo to Kalško, and comfy path to Žagana Peč, but descended "nagravžna" path from Kok.S. to Konec.

Try reverse, from Kočna to Ojstrica. If something goes wrong, you can still descend via Kok. or Kam. saddle.
