Srednji vrh and Lanževica

Today I visited Komna, Srednji vrh and Lanževica. From Savica to the Dom on Komna a good track has been made. Further to pl. Na Kraju the path is much worse, there is quite a lot of new snow which the wind has blown from the peaks.
Further towards Srednji vrh and Lanževica there are some skier tracks, which the wind diligently covers. No snow avalanches were heard today.

Yesterday to Srednji vrh, a lesser-known peak above Komna. That's what attracts me, insignificant and unmarkednasmeh.
I didn't even know exactly which one was the real one, so at first I missed and climbed the wrong one, some forepeak. In the middle of the thicket of dwarf pines on the summit, I only then spotted the real one.
The peak is a great viewpoint, yesterday it was particularly beautiful, patches of snow glistened in the sun, you can also see Lake Bohinj.
I especially admired the landscape between Travnikova valley and Lepa Komna, which looks very inviting from here. Čelo, Vršac, Kal and Plaski Vogel are peaks I can't tear my eyes from.
On the path even more surprisesnasmeh.
It would be perfect for a riddle.1

A nice guy we chatted with on the path to Komna said he was going to mass; then we spotted him in priestly vestments (here he has already changed, from Bohinj, 29 years old).7

So I don't open a new topic. The aim was to check from Pod Zjabci onwards towards Lanževica over Oslova škrbina. 11.04.2023. Last time we turned back there was a lot of snow on the path. We thought at least some had melted since then. Footprints visible up to the pasture below Skalo. Further on no more. Snow increasingly more. Sometimes hard, elsewhere crusty. Quite a bit of wind-blown snow on the path. With navigation help, which came in very handy, we reached Oslova škrbina. At height 1850 m. On the path not cold at all, only at the saddle a real icy wind blew. Here we decided not to go further. Time showed 11h, 4km, elevation gain 1178. Lowest temperature plus three degrees.

this is still the best. 19
there were some demanding traverses. 20
also wind-packed snow was crust-breaking. 21
then the sky cleared. 22
when will all this snow melt?23
the peaks were visible. 24
the descent is going well for us. 25

Oh Darinka, you opened that side of Lanževica for us (upper post), when Martin Golob was not yet as known as nownasmeh! Do you remember all those debates about it?

There under Zjabci it's worth going to see how it looks. We didn't even go with the intention to reach Lanževica. Just to check conditions and as long as it was possible to tread and time allowed. To the mountain pasture za Skalo it was trampled. As usual. Further on more and more snow. That kept breaking through all the time. As usual there. Nature decorated like another New Year. From memory and with navigation help we found the path. Somewhere around 1700 m we decided not to go further. It was warm. Almost no wind. On descent we went to check the mountain pasture za Skalo.(30.01.2024)

we got this far. 15
looks like a centipede. 16
we went exactly along the path. 17
footprints similar to those of a kosmatinec. 18
descent much easier. 19
snow will probably remain for some time. 20
now everything is already known. 21
