30.03. 2024. Žaga - Skutnik. The path is known to us. We went past the middle waterfall. Descended via the lower path. And turned lower at the junction where we checked out the Učja gorges. And a good seven zip-lines along the path. The weather somehow held without rain. Just humid on the path. The last part towards the summit was windy and cold. We met no one. Under the summit we admired the eagles soaring. When they give themselves to the winds. The path accumulated almost 17 km of walking and almost 1500 m elevation gain. In Žaga upon descent a pleasant encounter with a local woman, whom we had already met on the way to Vrh Krnic. Maks and I two years ago on the way to Plešivec in Loška stena.

Učja - Skutnik.(Monte Guarda 1720 m) After a few years we set out from the remote village of Učja, where you meet no one. The weather wasn't quite as desired. But no rain either. The last part to the summit we walked in grayness. Since we were early, we decided to go further at least to Bivacco Konstantini to see what the path ahead looks like. The path length was 15.3 km. Elevation gain accumulated 1393 m. Despite the changeable weather, the tour was quite interesting.(13.05. 2025)
