Rateče - Pecol

Yesterday I decided to ride this route with an MTB and check out how it is at the neighbors.
The morning start at 7 a.m. was with a windbreaker at 12°C, quite freshmrk pogled; the new Alpe-Adria cycling road, which winds through the spruce forest far from the highway, immediately excited menasmeh. At Trbiž I climbed for a warm-up to the village Rutte Piccolo and after a steep descent joined at Plezzutu the road to Cave del Predil, arriving at Rabelj Lake after 1h20min of riding. To Sella Neveja nice mountain cool accompanies me, at Baita Cregnedul the view of Mangart and Jalovec draped in mists enchants. The real test section of the tour shows itself only in the first steep climbs to Pecol. After reading the blog, cyclists drag up a thick hour; I spent round 40 min to the parking lot (met the milk tanker below, above it was already returning back). At Pecol there was sadly no time with views, but milk delights and smoked salamis in the dairy did not lack. Currently on the pasture 250 heads of livestock are grazing, so natural yogurt is fresh daily - recommendjezik. Pecol will be open every day till autumn 9 October, when the local cheese Montasio ripens. On the pasture there was no heat yet, west wind blowing, hikers plenty. They say downhill is easier, so the slope of Pecol to financiers I ride in incredible 6 min with 60 km/heek, further to Rablj at 65 km/h had to constantly brake before the Italian with Fordcool; nevertheless from Pecol to Trbiž I arrive in 35 minmežikanje. There I rode to the mountaineering shop Alp Station, which is well stocked. On the whole tour only the "Italian" cappuccino disappointed without a glass of water, spoon, colored brown sugar, not to mention friendliness of service without greeting, coffee taste, price 2€, or half a big salami at Pecol. The waitress says, you are in Italy, I to her, that at us in capital Ljubljana (Rome), we drink for that money great beer! Taste later had to fix at Aljaž with dark. From locals learned, Italians fleece foreigner to bones and better to endure few min drive to us and spend here for something good.
Also this tour, although on urban asphalt, is very nice, enchanting. Ridden total 82 km, ascent by road 700 m, up 3 h, back to Rateče quick in 1 h. On the way back very pleasant dip in Rabelj Lake 14-15°C by feel, with panorama on Jerebicanasmeh

Interesting, we were at Cafe Corin next to the market – everything correct from service to price zavijanje z očmi
OK, we didn't get water, but I assume we would if we had asked. I don't mind, because I mostly don't drink it with coffee zavijanje z očmi

Yeah, well, and how much was the coffee there, because even in Liguria - Genoa the price is the same as here at 1.3€. In Trbiž I drank it in the Friuli pizzeria.

I don't remember the exact price anymore (a few years ago); true, it was more expensive, but I would order it again velik nasmeh

Yes, probably true nasmeh
Come on, let's say, as long as the coffee price doesn't reach Florjan's from Venice, it's no big deal velik nasmeh

Rok, where in Ljubljana is the best coffee?
In Trbiž I got last time for 5€ the best iced coffee so far!

For 5€ I would expect service "topless".

Do you realize at all that 5 euros means former 1130 tolars. For that money even now in the shop I buy a quarter-year supply of velik nasmeh coffee. Coffee in Bern, Switzerland is also 5 euros without ice velik nasmeh.

Miri, you are demanding.
But only 5€ would you give for such humiliating service?

Since we're at coffee: Slovenes don't like bitter aftertaste in coffee (http://www.delo.si/nedelo/slovenci-ne-marajo-grenkega-priokusa-v-kavi.html)

I don't drink "Turkish", I drink white coffee – preferably Illy cool

On Bali they have the highest quality coffee beans thanks to the rodent Luwak, which in nature searches for the best beans and swallows them whole. Locals then collect his droppings around Bali, wash them and produce the highest quality coffee, which is very expensive - above that animal on the bagvelik nasmeh
