Yesterday we took the bus to planina Blato, then continued towards Pršivec. At planina pri jezeru they were just herding cows, so the path was quite lively. Via planina Viševnik over rocky terrain we quickly reached the summit. The Julijci were already early in the mist. On the return, there was real chaos at planina Blato due to parked cars.

We left the car at Senožeta parking near Srednje vasi, where the bus also starts. It also stops at the Vogar starting point in Stara Fužina, but parking there is a bit more expensive.

Yesterday on Pršivec.
Due to timber hauling the road from Vogar all the way to the end is quite muddy.
Early morning we waited at the viewpoint below Pršivec for sunrise. It was really unique, with red clouds in the sky and fog over Bohinj basin.
It quickly clouded over but cleared at the summit.
Not many visitors.
Return to planina Viševnik and back to the car.
Lovers of golden larches will get their treat in about a week. They are coloring a bit already but need a couple more days.

On Sunday, 22.9., I went almost circular: Vogar-Blato junction - Pl. pri Jezeru - Pl. Viševnik - Pršivec - Vogar - Stara Fužina. Walked 6.5 hours, pure walking 5.5 hours. Bus goes to Vogar-Blato junction until 29.9.
Wonderful trail, even nicer scenery when larches color. Locally steep downhill, used hands. From Pl. pri Jezeru onward alone, met some here and there, to Pl. pri Jezeru several hikers passed me or I them.
