Nice pictures, really vivid depiction. But with one photo I'm not sure:
In the 5th picture there are nicely carved steps rising steeply, with a "rope" beside them. At the top of the steps I don't see where the path continues? It looks like only vertically up to the ridge, without any protections?

At the end of the steps the path turns right. The view is visible in picture 6.

On Friday (02.11.2007) morning I went down this trail and then through Turski žleb. Snow was on the north side up to cca 30 cm, in places, especially towards the top of Kamniško sedlo there was less of it because it was windblown... Anyway, given the relatively cold forecasts, I recommend crampons and a lot of caution. Good luck!

I looked from K. sedlo towards Okrešelj and think there shouldn't be any problems. Some snow only at the top.

Today I was at Kamnik Saddle via Okrešelj. The path was without issues, just annoyingly windy at the top. No snow anywhere now.
