Nežica was a girl from the Kostel fairy tale, recorded by J. Žagar. Once she brought a pair of oxen to the stream flowing into the Kolpa to water them. The stream suddenly sank and pulled all three into the ground. Only after the next heavy downpour did the water bring to the surface a yoke wrapped in Nežica's light hair. The path to the Nežica spring is short, not strenuous, today quite muddy and slippery in some places. The little bridge near the spring is in very poor condition, becoming dangerous. But currently Nežica is very watery and therefore so much nicer to view.
