>>The bivouac under Skuta can only annoy you because you didn't build it yourself Annoy? Why would it annoy me? You're all getting angry here needlessly, just because I expressed my opinion about its aesthetics. As if I weren't allowed to! Hey, really tolerant crowd, these mountain forum guys!

Samo, then go to Harvard and figure out something new there, just don't make the bivouac a flying saucer .

And all these brilliant suggestions what I should do, and all these psychological assessments of my character just because I don't like the shape of some cabin? Genius! Supreme level of opinion exchange!

Already from a hydrological viewpoint the lean-to roof shape is perfectly in place. Glass surfaces providing light, sun warmth and view are also above average excellent. Then interior lined with durable, insulating, microclimatic and naturally homely larch. Doors close tightly, external claddings will withstand harsh and extremely variable mountain weather well, solid foundation static anchoring, correct S-J orientation with glass surfaces, sufficiently spacious and high inside. Samo, in my opinion you're just missing Wi-fi network and fluffy mattress

Samo, don't you even like the typical alpine house with a gable roof? I'd rather not think what your opinion is then about the architecture of Messner's museum on Kronplatz. In my opinion, Harvard bothers this guy more than the bivouac shape.

I don't know what individuals have against this bivouac. I've slept many times in the old one (also under Grintavec) and think time has overtaken them. There was a need for change and, in my opinion, in the best way. Nice bivouac for me.
