You pass by both hills if you're climbing to Lubnik from Škofja Loka castle. Krancelj is known to everyone, but Kobila is better known for the trail junction below its summit. For many, this road bend here is the starting point for the path to Lubnik. That there is also a summit with this name, I only learned recently.
