I found this, maybe useful for someone. It might be fixed already, if someone happens to go there, check at Kovinarska hut.

At 10.55 a landslide poured onto the Zgornja Radovna–Krma road towards Kovinarska hut, municipality Gorje, the road is closed until it is repaired.

The thing is 100% fixed up to the upper parking lot, yesterday a minibus came to pick us up to the upper parking lot for 20 people and there were no problems.

Kovinarska hut in Krma...New caretakers of the hut Damjan and Goran kindly invite you to this beautiful valley and Kovinarska hut. They will gladly take care of you. Rhododendrons have already bloomed, wild thyme not yet. Along the way you can see Pocarjeva homestead and stop at Topolin. Everywhere nice and interesting. Nice trip.
