In the cave below Triglav Lodge the ice is currently melting nicely in some parts. Not smart to go in without crampons. Now the rocks on the descent to the second cave are iced due to water flowing over them. Exited as in winter time, but not recommended as there's lots of scree. Best to return the same way to Kredarica.

Yesterday we visited Ivačičeva Cave below Triglav Lodge at Kredarica where winter conditions still prevail. In the cave itself lots of beautiful ice sculptures. At the exit it's already noticeable that there's less snow, but you have to make some steps on scree too.
