By the way, on the meadow before the parking before Lesa, they newly piled up a road half a meter high, which means parking there probably won't be possible anymore, since you can't drive from road onto meadow. This will quite change the traffic situation in busy summer months.

Yes, I noticed too. I think they used excess gravel that the torrent always brings a few hundred meters before and raised the road because of marshy terrain. Parking along the piled road will still be possible, of course with access before or after the pile.

I have a feeling they piled it also so that no more parking there So I doubt they'll arrange any access, maybe I'm wrong. But officially you can't park there anyway, since not marked as parking...

Parking there was possible before, parking fee was 500€ though. So this filling up will solve quite some bad mood.

@bumslpepe... At Lesa there's marked and allowed parking. No change there. But that meadow before Lesa, behind the torrent, where people also parked when crowded, even though not marked (and they occasionally fined people), they've now filled it with a new road, so physically no more parking there, not even for 500eur . But new problems will probably appear... the road is quite narrowly filled, trouble with turning and meeting; especially in the morning darkness, when someone won't see the road is filled higher than the meadow, someone might slide down, get stuck etc. Since people will drive up, they'll still want to park somewhere anyhow, so crowding will probably move lower, to the torrent, forest before torrent, down at the bend by the trough, and meadow behind Kovinarsko... bad mood will still be there, due to fines, plus turning, meeting, getting stuck, vehicle rescue etc. Probably just a step towards a ramp in Krma soon solving all problems

In my opinion the filling is because of those couple of ultra rainy days. In downpour here the road floods and a lake forms. I've barely walked around on foot a few times.
