Hello,
I'm interested if it's possible to drive normally to the end of the road under Konjščica.

Not possible. Parking is possible at Rudno polje. Further on there is a groomed cross-country ski trail.

And not only that, right before the end of the road some spruces have fallen down again, but one can easily pass by on foot.
