Hi! I'm interested in the current conditions on Hanzova pot (Mala Mojstrovka) and on Mangart (Slovenian/Italian route)? Is there still a lot of snow and is the road to Mangart saddle already open? Thanks for the answers!

There are already forums, sections, maybe even more of them open for both. You just need to search, not open new threads. And if nothing useful is found there, post the question there. Simple as that ...
