Equinox is here, standard fitness check. Given last year's very warm weather. Started before three, so no Gozdnik (Golava-Mrzlica-Kamnik). From Matk in reverse clock direction. For linked ascents, the impression is that this direction is better timed for muscles, especially Kamnik from the south under the summit is really steep. Kamnik could be quite a slippery slide when wet due to heavy trampling of both paths. Time stopped a minute after 3.5h. Hematocrit, EPO, testosterone tests... of course still to follow. Otherwise I compete only with myself, so I hope the positive result won't hurt anyone too muchvelik nasmeh lp

Yesterday after work (very shortened) from Griž via climbing path to Kamnik, to Mrzlica, Gozdnik and past hunting hut already in the dark home. Probably last such warm day this year. On Kamnik and Gozdnik I was alone, on Mrzlica hikers and cyclists like weekend mid-May. Even two idiots on quads destroying forest. Watch failed from start, roughly around 18km, 1500m elevation, in just over six hours.
p.s.
Had mask in backpack, no condom. Anyway didn't need either.

I park at Talci's and head to Gozdnik even in the frost. Luckily the sun caught me at the hunting hut and accompanied me to the top.nasmeh From the top I descend towards Mrzlica and from the saddle below it to Kamnik. I continue along the ridge, ca. 50 m before the end turn right to the path alpinists use for descent.
Less precipitous, but orientationally more demanding variant.

Equinox, so in the morning I observe nearby hills and judge the weather will be good. While driving I daydream, drive like a learned robot and suddenly wonder what I'm doing at the parking under my standard track to Šmohor directzmeden correct the start to Zabukovicavelik nasmeh at the cemetery go over the standard four this time counter-clockwise per sketch on previous page. After 6.5 h back with much more tired legs. Great day, enjoyed and pumped muscles up/down, didn't take pics. Condition enough for some nice autumn off-trail.
Unmarked to pass under Kamnik well trodden. Kamnik eroding more each year because we grind full on it, so need precise steps. At saddle under Golava worth putting a sign for Mrzlica via Homič also at transition from meadow to forest - always check if right entry through bushesnasmeh On pass between Mrzlica and Gozdnik they cleaned tracks after timber haul nicely, normally passable. Water enough at usual spots for tour supply. At hunting hut under Gozdnik now four mini dog special forces (before three). Always admire how skillfully they guard the areacool lp
