Hey, you can sleep in it (so no crowd) about 8 people, no key needed because it's not locked. For road conditions best to call PD Mojstrana - Dovje. Best regards

Hi petko, you ask so strangely about bivouacs and at the same time in Julijci and KSA, that I have to ask if you are not by chance Czech? I advise you to visit them in the dry season, so then you can also use their hospitality in winter conditions for a reason.

Has anyone been around this bivouac recently, interested in the ground, if it's frozen or soft?

After the planned ascent to one of the nearby mountains, around 8 am I was surprised by rain, so a bit above the bivouac at Rušje in the direction of Križ I turned back, as mists were forming on the summits, in short conditions were not great. As for conditions to the bivouac, it is necessary to go over the snowfield from the start of the gully, which continues to Stenarska vrata. When the path from the snowfield turns right towards the bivouac, you also need to cross some snowfields. Regarding equipment, in my opinion in the morning at least ice axe is mandatory when everything is still quite hard, but full gear is welcome so nothing surprises. Winter will be here for some time yet, more in photos.

No stove, some blankets on the bunks, they took the stove too, at night a mouse keeps you company, but you can sleep. Apparently emptied it because of Czechs who took it over every summer. Take a sleeping mat and it'll be cool. Last week the water tank was full too, so you can wash.

Yesterday at Rušje quite foggy, not very encouraging for continuing in any direction. Otherwise the tour is pleasant and appropriately long for stretching the limbs. Bivouac in good condition, probably no changes inside, I doubt any are needed. Have a nice day!
