I first heard about the Andraš Trail right in this thread. Based on what I read and saw, it seemed quite interesting. On Monday, 01.05., I walked it.
I started at the bridge over Hotunjščica, like bagi. I also chose the direction to the right. Sorry for copying. The trail is well marked, but I admit that I had trouble at two spots. I don't know if I just missed the markers or arrows on where to go, or if they really weren't there. Both times I strayed a bit off the path, but both times I soon returned to the trail. Luckily.
The trail itself was interesting to me, I'm not from around here, there's still a lot of authentic architecture. Except at Gora Oljka, where there was a huge crowd (1 May, what can you do), practically nobody elsewhere.
Nicely spent day. The whole loop took me 7 hours.

Obviously I'll really have to go to these parts at least one more time to find this Vranja peč. How long is the tunnel/cave under Vranja peč? So I don't get lost somewhere underground.
Shame it's not better marked. Or maybe it's a hidden gem that only locals know about?

Ha ha, I told you you were very close. Best to start on the Šaleška side (SV). First climb up to Vranja peč and check out the mine collapse. Recommend rubber boots and flashlight. Sometimes no issues with hiking boots searching passages, other times boots. You cross the cave in 15 minutes. Nice!

I'd say along the road to Velenje. Polzela - Velenje
Just before the bridge by the forest parking lot as I marked. Right when you step out of the car you're almost on the trail. Then continue along Ložnica stream by markers.

Today we walked the mentioned trail. Nice. Beautiful areas. Hospitality and friendliness of hosts is exceptional.
Need to repeat and maybe change something on the tour or add new. 😀

A bit to unplug the head in the five-hour Andraš loop, this time in the direction over Oljka. At Juga we have a short chat. Later better without umbrella, the body gets used to rain anyway. Lots of mud, don't know why it's always a bit harder for me in this direction than reverse. In Brunškov graben the road and thus the path was obviously washed away last year. Otherwise it's trodden along the right bank and probably later hop over the stream. Today at high water level it was like five steps over a wet log without stopping. Since the gullies aren't cleared, in this part of the path there are also quite a few sections where water flows on the road. A few more days of rain, and without boots it wouldn't go. Nicely the short sections are fixed again (Brunškov vrh and just before Hotunjšica), where wood was harvested last year. regards

Mud on a slope is really as annoying as ice. Rain calms you, though, you just have to push through the first half hour, then you no longer notice that you're wet

Yesterday I visited a beautiful part of Slovenia. I drove past so many times that curiosity got the better of me and I went exploring. Nice and varied trail. Beautiful are the beauties of our homeland
