Nice, huh? I was there 2 years ago mid-September (just before COVID) and same crowd at the top (because they come up also from the Polish side), did you happen to meet on the way to the hut some food carrier, unbelievable how loaded extended "backpacks" with a couple of barrels of Czech beer, down in the hut and you see the whole history of incredible food carriers; also on the other side of the border around Zakopane nice hikes and nature, maybe you have or will visit that place too.

Yes, we met those porters - interesting. We really should return to those areas. Possibilities are endless. We wanted to climb also Lomnický Štít - 2634 m. They have a booking system for ascents. We went up with a two-stage cable car to 1751 m high Skalnaté Pleso. Weather was bad. But we couldn't go up, because you have to register for the ascent and they would assign us only 5 p.m. Transfer was at 1145 m height.

Bravoooo. We were in these parts last summer and the crowd was much bigger than the pictures from your visit show. Before the stairs 8 people waiting down, others up) well over 1 h in long queue towards the valley... similar crowd also on other summits we visited, just didn't get stuck. Of course we met porters too and unbelievable amount of cargo they carry, usually at least to Rysy then they serve all day...
