During a multi-day ramble around the Adriatic, we also visited Goli Island and partially hiked it. It was already very hot in June, let alone July and August. We really felt sorry for the former prisoners, even though we were just hiking and not working....
Shame, because everything is decaying and the tooth of time mercilessly tears it down. Some buildings are already about to collapse, not very safe to enter them.

From island to island, then it's nice to stretch the legs a bit on some elevation...

When I got home and calmly reviewed the photos again, I think one more is worth posting. Since we continued the trip past Grgur to Rab and the Rab topic is already open, maybe some info from Rab will be useful to someone. So I'll continue there.....
