Common rockrose grows with numerous subspecies throughout the Alpine area. In our country grows oval rockrose-Helianthemum nummularium subsp. obscurum, shiny rockrose was found in the vicinity of Črna prst-Helianthemum nummularium subsp. glabrum and large-flowered rockrose-Helianthemum nummularium subsp. grandiflorum. But they are very similar in growth height and flower size - I can't distinguish them.
