Dom v Kamniški Bistrici - Dom v Kamniški Bistrici (pot ob izviru)

Access to the starting point:
a) Drive to Kamnik, then follow the signs for Kamniško Bistrica. Follow the road through the Kamniška Bistrica valley to the parking area under the Dom v Kamniški Bistrica.
b) Leave the Štajerska motorway at the Vransko exit and follow the road to Kamnik. In Kamnik, turn right at the first traffic light, then follow the signs for Kamnik Bistrica. Follow the road through the Kamniška Bistrica valley to the parking lot under the Dom in Kamniška Bistrica.
c) Take the Gornji Grad, then drive over the Črnivec Pass towards Kamnik. Before Kamnik, at Stahovica, turn right in the direction of Kamnik Bistrica. Follow the road along the Kamniška Bistrica valley to the parking lot under the Dom v Kamniški Bistrica.
d) From Luce, drive over the Volovljek Pass (Kranjski Rak) to Stahovica, where turn right at the traffic lights towards Kamniška Bistrica. Follow the road along the Kamniška Bistrica valley to the parking lot under the Dom in Kamniška Bistrica.

Path description:
From the parking lot, return to the asphalt road, then continue right towards Stahovica. After a few steps, you will reach a bridge over the Kamniška Bistrica, which opens up a beautiful view of the lake at the source of the Kamniška Bistrica. Just after the bridge, signs for the path around the spring direct you down to the left, where after a few steps you reach the lake, along which the circular path continues. For a few minutes, continue along the path, which ascends for a few steps and then descends again, and during the walk you also cross a few wooden bridges, where greater care is needed when crossing to avoid slipping. On the other side of the lake we return to the asphalt road, which we cross, and on the other side we are at Dom v Kamniški Bistrici, which is located just above the parking lot.
