Access to the starting point:
a) First drive to Podnanos, then continue to Orehovica and Vrabče. After a few kilometres on a winding and ascending road, you reach the edge of Vrabče, where you turn right towards Štanjel and Štjak. From here, drive for about 1 km and then park in the parking lot of the Church of St. Anne.
b) From Senožeče or Sežana, drive to Štorje, then continue to Majcni, Griže (do not go to the village mentioned above), then follow the signs for Sela and Razguri. Above Razguri, you will reach the church of St Anne, where you will park.
Path description:
From St Anne's Church, follow the road north-west towards Štjak. Walk along the asphalt road for a few minutes and then, at the beginning of a moderate left turn, turn right onto cart track, or a worse dirt road. The dirt road soon splits, and we continue on the right road (slightly left Štjak) in the direction of St. Socerbo. A little further on, another road to Štjak branches off to the left, and we continue to the right this time. Further on, the road finally turns into cart track, and we reach the nondescript peak of Stanibreg (556 m) in a few minutes.
A short descent follows from the summit, and then we reach the cart track, which leads from Podraga towards St. Socerbo. After the cart track, the ascent begins, and we quickly reach the registration box and, a few steps further on, the Church of St Servulus on St Socerb.
