Access to the starting point:
a) If you are coming to Litija from Ljubljana, cross the bridge and turn right at the traffic lights. Keep on the main road for about 200 metres and climb up. Then you will come to a crossroads where you turn right into the parking lot of the 3M bar or the cemetery.
b) If you are coming to Litija from the route of Zagorje, go forward at the roundabout at the second exit and turn left at the traffic light. Keep on the main road for about 200 metres and climb uphill. Then you come to a crossroads where you turn right into the parking lot of the 3M bar or the cemetery.
Path description:
Start along the road in the direction of Zavrstnik. Soon we come to a forest through which a path leads. At the beginning there is a combination of forest path and asphalt - both soon merge into one path (no matter which one you take). Soon the forest path comes to a major fork - keep to the left, take the right to reach Frtica. There is another fork on the way, from which both paths lead to the top and are equal in time (the right one is more trodden). Further on, the path is unremarkable all the way to the top.
