Dolina Dobri do - Bobotov kuk

Access to the starting point:
Some 4 km south of Žabljak, we find a crossing from the Žabljak-Nikšić road to the Žabljak-Sedlo-Trsa-Plužine road (at the moment, there is no signpost!) and follow the sloping, high-mountainous, asphalted road over the Sedlo saddle on to the Dobri do valley, where there is a small parking lot on the right side of the road, and a signboard inviting you to the Bobotov kuk trailhead (from Žabljak it is a good distance of 17 km, and a good distance of 3 km downhill to the Bobotov kuk from the sedlo trailhead).

Path description:
From the parking lot, which is above the Dobri do valley, to the crossroads near the Zeleni vir lake, where the second, steep part of the tour begins, you generally walk in a north to north-east direction. At the other end of the valley, we again climb steeply over grassy steel cables, which lead us to the Mliječni do valley. From there, we continue more gradually over a few steel cables to a major trail junction, which is a few minutes' walk above the Zeleni vir lake (there is a gentle downhill to the lake, about 5 minutes). 1:15 to get here. 1:15 to get there.
Continue up, over the steel cables of the southern slope Bobotov kuk (one steel cable in the lower part). The slope is steep and long. In a zigzag, we climb over more rocky parts, but higher up there are more and more grassy sections. When you reach the saddle, which is right below the summit pyramid, the view towards Žabljak opens up. From the saddle, continue left in a gentle ascent over rough terrain until you reach the saddle on the left below the summit pyramid. There, the valley with Škrč Lake opens up far below. On the west side there is first a short, exposed passage to the left, then a climb through a short gully, and above this a more gradual passage to the right to the summit rocks. A few rope rocks help us over the top rocks, and above the rope rocks there are only a few steps to the top. From the junction to the summit 1:30.
