Description of mountain: Velika Baba is a 2127 metres high mountain on a ridge between Ravenska Kočna valley on the Slovenian side and Bela (Belska Kočna) valley on the Austrian side. The top offers a very nice view on North rock walls of Kočna, Grintovec, Dolgi Hrbet, Skuta and Rinke. Kranjska koča on Ledine and Češka koča on Spodnje ravne are also seen very good.
