Description of mountain: Shelter is situated about 50 meters beneath the summit of Krn. In vicinity of shelter are quite a big number of tunnels from the First World War. Shelter is opened in summer season. It has also winter shelter. In winter shelter, there are no beds, just few benches with few blankets. You can expect nice view to mountains in vicinity of Kobarid.
