Dom pod Okićem

Description of mountain hut:
The hut "dr. Maks Plotnik", better known as the home under Okić, is situated in a meadow below the western rocky slopes of the Okić peak, which, with its conical appearance, is somewhat exposed from the Plešivice hill, which it closes to the east. The hut is accessible by vehicle from the route of Samobor and is the starting point of the ascent to Okić, a popular climbing centre in this part of Croatia.
The hut is open on weekends, but due to the crowded nature of Okić, it is often to small for all hikers.
