Mountain hut is opened through all the year and is located on the outlooking elevation west from Bohinj Lake. Hut can be seen from lake and its vicinity. From the terrace is lovely view to the mountains of lower Bohinj. If we want to see the mountains over the valley of Triglavska jezera, we must climb for about a minute on the nearby hill just beside the outlooking terrace. The hut is opened through all the year so also in the winter path to the hut is in good order a day or two after snowing.
