Bivak v Veliki Dnini

Description of bivouac:
Bivouac I in Velika Dnina is a small bivouac with space for four people. It is located on a shelf below the slope of Velika Ponca at the edge of the cirque of Velika Dnina. From the bivouac there is a very nice view of the nearby peaks above Veliko Dnina, and to the west you can see Prisank and in the background Jalovec and Mangart. The bivouac was built in 1935 and is the first bivouac in the Slovenian mountains. The bivouac is mainly intended for mountaineers. Next to the bivouac there is also a small reservoir with a dripping water.
