Access to the starting point:
From Kamnik we drive towards Gornji Grad or Črnivec. In Stahovica, turn right at the crossroads (Gornji Grad). Pass the hamlets of Črna, Potok and Podstudenec to the hamlet of Žaga. In the village of Žaga, a forest road branches off to the left, here is the start of the trail (on the opposite side, on the right is the branch for Podstudenec). There is no parking space in the village, so drive approx. 100 m further, where there is a large wood storage area on the right - you can park here, but in such a way as not to interfere with any forestry work.
Path description:
At the beginning of the forest trail, you will immediately see the first marker on the right side of the rock. Follow the road for approx. 100 m, when the steep cart track with the route sign "pl. We keep going straight ahead and after a few minutes we come to a torrent and cross it. Immediately afterwards, turn right uphill over a slope with fallen trees. Here the path is completely untraceable, although there are still markings on some rocks. Follow the course up the stream and slightly more to the left. After approx. 100 m, you will come to a cross path to the left, where you will see the markings again. Keep to the poorly beaten track, the dense markings are helpful. Soon the path is blocked by the first fallen tree, go around it in a wide arc to the left or right. The path becomes more level again, to the second fallen tree. Here it is best to go steeply uphill to the right in front of the fallen tree and catch the marked path coming from the left. Continue along a faint ridge, then right up the slope past a spring to a rock where there is a fine view. At the rock, left, up the grassy slope over the rocks and diagonally up past a rock pillar. Before the pillar, cross the beaten track. Up steeply over the slope called Strmina. Turn left at the rock marked "ŽAGA". The path winds through low bushes and trees along an indistinct ledge. Soon you emerge from the forest and see a cottage and a home on Pl. Kisovec.

Pot je zahtevna zaradi podrtega drevja v spodnjem delu in slabo uhojeni poti v zgornjem delu. Pot je večinoma strma in nevarna za zdrs - predvsem pri sestopu. V pomoč so nam goste markacije, precej jih je na kamnih. Pot ni primerna v snegu.
