Access from Slovenia: We go from Gorenjska's side over border pass Ljubelj to Klagenfurt or over Karavanke to Villach. Then we direct on a highway in direction of Graz. We leave the highway after 2 kilometres long tunnel in direction of Bad St. Leonhard. Then we drive past village St. Peter and we turn left towards St. Anna just a little bit further. We follow the road in direction of Waldheim Hutte through next crossroads. We park on a payable parking lot by a cottage. Access from Koroška: At first we drive to Dravograd and then to Austria. We keep following the road in direction of St. Paul, St. Andra and Wolfsberg. When we come to Wolfsberg we orient towards Bad St. Leonhard and then towards St. Peter. We drive past village St. Peter and we turn left towards St. Anna just a little bit further. We follow the road in direction of Waldheim Hutte through next crossroads. We park on a payable parking lot by a cottage.

From the parking lot we turn down the carriage path which begins to ascend upa grassy field surrounded by a forest. After a few minutes the field and path turn right slightly. Here the path becomes more steep for a while and levels shortly afterwards. After a few minutes walking over flat terrain the path brings us out of the forest in a slight climb onto completely barren slopes. Because the path crosses pasture grounds we have to climb over many fences. The path then takes us to two consecutive crossroads where we head straight both times. The path continues to climb up green fields and on a carriage path. After the path turns right, we continue up the foot path which is more steep. After about 15 minutes it rejoins the carriage path we have just left. We continue on level ground for a while than the path begins to zig-zag upwards, towards the cottage, which should be about 20 minutes away. At the cottage we turn left and up, by a chapel and to the top, a few minutes away.
