Access to the starting point:
Leave the AC LJ-MB at the Dramlje exit and drive towards Šentjur. In Šentjur, head towards Kozje, Gorica pri Slivnici. In Gorizia, at the roundabout, head towards Sv. Štefan, Loka, Podčetrtek. Continue along the Slivnica lake (approx. 3 km - straight ahead past the turn-off for Sv. Štefan), at the next crossroads turn right towards Ječovo, Dobrina, Hrastje. After approx. 500 m you will reach the Žurej Tourist Farm (the first farm along the road - Javorje 32, Gorica pri Slivnici).
Path description:
The hike starts at the Žurej-Ječovo Tourist Farm. Cross the Voglajna River and turn left into the forest. The marked trail leads past a watering hole. Continue through the well-kept forest, where you can pick many kinds of mushrooms with a bit of luck. We reach the first difficult climb: "Kurčev hill". This part of the trail is particularly beautiful in spring, during the Traditional Hike. The trail descends and leads to the "Count's Stint", where we join the steep, difficult trail. The steep path is equipped with ropes, rungs and many steps. The path crosses numerous rocks, whose magnificence adds a special charm to the path.
