Tišenpolj - Source of Nežica

Access to the starting point:
From Kočevje, drive to the Petrina border crossing or vice versa. When you see the waterfall on the right side of the road (from the route of Kočevje), park in the roadside parking lot just before or after the waterfall.

Path description:
From the parking lot, carefully cross the porly-visible main road and walk to the waterfall, which is clearly visible from the road. At the waterfall, you will see a sign for the Nežica spring, which directs you to the footpath. The path goes immediately into the forest and continues to climb up along the Nežice stream. During the ascent, you can see two more waterfalls about 10 m high, and then the path turns slightly more to the right and briefly retreats to the stream. Next you reach a wooden bridge over a torrent, after which you approach the Nežice stream again. There is a short crossing of a steep slope and the path leads to the source of the Nežice.
