We drive from Bled or Jesenice to village Gorje and then towards Pokljuka. When we come to a crossroads where a road towards Šport hotel branches to left we par on an appropriate parking place by the road or in nearness of hotel. Parking in front of hotel is allowed only for customers.

A couple of ten metres after a branch from a hotel a forest road branches towards mountain pasture Javornik. We turn on this road and with some shorter drops and rises follow her trough the forest to a mountain pasture. When we step out of the forest we come to a mountain pasture. A 10 minute walk waits us because houses are on the other side of the mountain pasture. We set off at houses towards North and after 5 minutes we come to a parking lot. We cross a road an continue walking on a easy slope slightly upwards. Path is becoming steeper. It crosses another road an joins a road from a monument. A slight gradient follows and brings us to on a car track which we follow to a Blejska koča hut.
