At first we drive to Dobrovo pri Ljubljani and then towards Polhov Gradec. We turn right towards Črni vrh at a bus station in Polhov Gradec. Road leads us on a yard of a castle and then continues in a slight ascent till a bridge across river Božna. Here is a crossroads where we go straight on (not across a bridge) towards Selo. We keep on driving through a valley and on a secodn branch we direct to right in direction of village Selo. A pretty steep road brings us into a village where we turn right towards Škofja Loka. When we come to a chapel at a small stonepit we park our car there. Access is also possible from Škofja Loka's side.

We start at the parking lot at the stone pit and we orient bac towards village Selo. After 5 minutes of walking we come in the midlle of the village at a sign-in small chest. Few metres away is a crossroad where we orient to left road. We follow it for couple of metres and then we orient to right on a car track in direction towards Črni vrh. Car track rises steeply at first and than it goes through an unexpressed ridge on a slight gradient. A short descent follows and we come to a crossroads where we continue walking on the left lower car track. Car track first crosses a meadow and then goes into a forest where it starts dropping. Cr track evens after this descent and brings us to a worse road where a crossroads is. Here we orient on a footpath towards Črni vrh over the top of Mlaka. We reach the top on the point where the car track starts dropping. Top is not marked. The whole path has some car track crossroads but all of them are well marked.
