We drive from Bled to Pokljuka. We turn on a forest road immediately after branch for Bohinj. Road goes across a big meadow at first and then brings us to a crossroads. We go straight forward and soon come to a parking lot by Javornik mountain pasture. Signposts for Blejska koča are here.

From parking lot we follow the footpath and after half an hour the path passes the road and then soon path from memorial joins. A short acsent follows and we came to cart track that we follow to cottage.
