Access to the starting point:
From Razdrteg, take the expressway to Nova Gorica or vice versa and take the Vipava exit. Follow the road onwards, towards Vipava and Gradišče. In the village of Gradišče you will see the first mountain signs, which you follow to a large parking lot above Gradišče.
Path description:
From the parking lot, head towards Gradiška Tura and Abram. The wide and winding path quickly leads us to the first crossroads, where we continue to the right towards St. Nicholas (slightly left Gradiška Tura). The rather winding path leads us past a number of climbing areas, to the south. The path, which then, a few times, slightly more ascends, leads us after half an hour's walk out of the forest, where we see the church of St Nicholas in front of us. There is only a steep climb to the church, which is reached in less than 3 minutes.
From the church, continue along the macadam road, which descends gently at first and then climbs slightly. Follow this road until you see a number of signposts. Continue ascending sharp left, onto the footpath towards Abram. The path continues through the forest and climbs quite steeply. There is a short crossing of a viewpoint and then the path climbs even steeper. The steep path then leads quickly to the lookout Horse, which also has a registration box, a stamp and a small chapel.
From the horse we continue along the path, which climbs gently at first, then descends to a forest road, which we follow to the right, towards Abram. We soon leave the road we are walking on, however, as the markings direct us to the left onto a wide footpath that crosses the lane of the forest, and then leads us across a grassy slope to two stone houses. Shortly after the two houses, the path leads us back to the road, where we continue to the left. After a few dozen steps along the road, we see a sign for Abram, which directs us to the right across a large meadow. The path continues, climbing moderately, over extensive grassy slopes, slightly overgrown. This path, which turns sharp left just below Abram and joins the path from Vipava and Gradišče just below the shelter, is followed to a forest road, which then leads us in a few steps to our destination.

Včeraj prehodili v toplem sončnem vremenu, povratek krožno na Gradiško turo in sestop na Gradišče. Sestop z Gradiške ture je precej pokvaril celoten vtis izleta. Če se odločite za krožno priporočam obratno smer t.j. najprej na Gradiško turo, nato do Abrama (Furlanovo zavetišče) in povratek po opisani poti. Lep izlet je pa že samo vzpon na Konja in nazaj. Še glede medveda pri Abramu: živ primer mučenja živali!

Danes sem se vračala po tej poti iz Abrama proti Gradišču (torej v obratni smeri). Pot je v celoti markirana, če že kje kakšna markacija manjka ti je v pomoč shojena pot, za smer Konj (iz Abrama) se v bistvu držiš markirane poti za Podnanos in potem malce nad to vasjo zaviješ, pri zelo dobro označenemu križišču (v opisu: "kjer opazimo številne kažipote" in 11. slika), proti Vipavi oz. Gradiški turi. Poti so tudi zarisane na zemljevidu Nanos 1:50.000. Srečno

Minulo nedeljo smo se po tu opisani poti vrnili z Abrama mimo Gradišča do Vipave. S tem smo lepo zaokrožili vzpon iz Vipave prek Starega gradu, ki na teh straneh žal še ni opisan. Pot je bila v celoti kopna, burja nas je pa že kar lepo prepihala, čeprav še ni bila tako močna, kot je te dni. Več vtisov in podrobnejši opis poti pa tule.
