Grad Hošperk - Unška koliševka

Access to the starting point:
From the motorway Ljubljana - Koper, take the exit Unec, then continue driving in the route Mountain pasture. Continue along a slightly more winding road, which you follow to a crossroads just before a bridge over the river Unica. Turn left here and after 100 m park in the parking lot next to Hošperk Castle, or Haasberg.

Path description:
From the parking lot, walk to the nearby crossroads, and from there continue along the road towards Unška koliševka. The road first climbs past a house, then gradually passes into a forest, through which it climbs moderately. Higher up, the road from Malnov joins us from the right, and we continue to the left and continue climbing through the forest. After a few minutes of further walking, the road almost completely lays down and leads us to a small crossroads, where we continue to the left. After a walk of just 10 m, the road leads to an information board at the upper edge of the Unška koliševka.
From the information board, you can follow a steep path down to the bottom of the chamber, or use a torch and helmet to see the network of nearby tunnels.
