Access to the starting point:
Cross the Petrina border crossing into Delnice, where you turn right after the church (in the centre of Delnice) and follow the road towards Drgomalj. The road along which you see the markings soon leads to a large parking lot in front of the military barracks.
Path description:
From the parking lot, continue along the right-hand road, which leads us past the military barracks in a slight ascent and after 15 minutes of walking leads us to the next crossroads, where we continue along the left-hand road towards Drgomalj. The road continues to climb steeply and quickly leads to a place where a marked footpath turns right onto cart track (the turn-off is marked). The ascent continues along cart track, which climbs moderately and gradually gets progressively worse. After less than an hour's walk, cart track finally turns into a footpath, which then crosses some clearings. The path leads us out of the forest and we see the summit ahead of us, which we reach in a few steps.

Za DAN DRŽAVNOSTI smo bili na Velikom Drgomalju, prekrasno. Staza je izuzetno lagana, ali upravo to nam je trebalo, mir, svježina šume, tišina i na kraju prekrasni pogledi na brda u daljini. VAŽNO: Na stazi pred vrhom smo pronašli dioptrijske naočale i odnijeli ih u PETEHOVAC. Mogu se podići na recepciji izletničkog doma.  ŠIMI
