Bottom station of cableway on Krvavec - Dom na Gospincu (Hotel Rozka) (via Lukenjski graben)

Access to the starting point:
a) From the motorway Ljubljana - Jesenice take the exit Vodice, then continue to the first semaphore crossing in Vodice, where you turn left towards Cerkelj na Gorenjskem and Brnik. When you reach the main roundabout on Spodnji Brnik, continue driving in the direction of Cerkeliai and the Krvavec ski resort. At the end of Cerklje na Gorenjskem, leave the main road, which continues towards Velesovo and Visoke, and turn slightly right onto the road towards the Krvavec ski resort. Park in the large parking lot at the bottom station of the Krvavec cable car.
b) From the motorway Jesenice - Ljubljana, take the exit Kranj - East, then continue to Brnik, Komenda and Mengeš. When you reach the main roundabout at Spodnji Brnik, continue driving towards Cerkeliai and the Krvavec ski resort. At the end of Cerklje na Gorenjskem, leave the main road, which continues towards Velesovo and Visoke, and turn slightly right onto the road towards the Krvavec ski resort. Park in the large parking lot at the bottom station of the Krvavec cable car.

Path description:
From the lower station of the round-cabin cable car at Krvavec, continue along the asphalt road towards Štefanja Gora, and walk along it to the first left turn, in the middle of which a marked path branches off to the right, at first a worse road towards Krvavec. The weaker road, along which we continue our ascent, climbs up the right bank of the Rijeka River, and soon a marked path branches off to the left, leading to Krvavec, while we continue straight ahead, following cart track, which climbs further through Lukenjski graben (Lukenjski graben). At a few crossroads we follow the main cart track, from which we start to get higher views that reach all the way to Triglav. Cart track becomes quite rocky further on, but when it leads us higher up to a large gravel area, we continue to the right on a macadam road, which we climb gently to the right and gradually leave Lukenjski graben. When you reach the crest of Požeg Hill (1076 m) a little further on, the road turns sharp left and then joins the asphalt road leading to Krvavec a few minutes further on. The road takes a few minutes to climb up to the tourist farm pr Ambružarju, from where a beautiful view of the Gorenjska region opens up.
From the tourist farm we return to the main road, and from there we continue a few steps further to the left on the path in the direction of Krvavec. The path ahead leads us along the growth of chemaža, and crosses the asphalt road at a higher level. After a fairly steep climb, mostly through the forest, we once again approach the road or reach it for a few steps. Immediately turn right in the direction of mountain pasture Jezerec and climb gently to moderately. Quickly reach cart track, which leads out of the forest to mountain pasture Jezerca, where there are a few wooden huts.
At the huts, turn off onto a road which leads to a large parking lot at mountain pasture.
From the parking lot, continue past the ramp, along the road towards Hotel Krvavec and the top station of the cable car. After a few steps, or at the point where the road turns into a forest, a mountain trail branches off to the left, leading towards Davovec and Štefanja Gora. After about 10 minutes, in the middle of a left turn, the road to Kriška planina branches off to the right, and we continue along the left broader road, which starts to climb more visibly. Slightly higher up, on a small levelling, another road branches off to the right towards Kriška planina (the road to the Viženčar tourist farm and the Florjan pasture farm). Continue along the "main road", which leads above the watering point for cattle. The road then climbs crosswise, leading us partly through the forest and partly over the viewing slopes, from which a beautiful view opens up towards Gorenjska. When the road is laid, it then leads quickly to the upper station of the round-cabin cableway, opposite which is the Mountain Home at Gospinec or Rozka Cottage.
