Hochkreuz

Description of peak:
Hochkreuz is a 2709m high peak in the Kreuzeckgruppe. From the summit, where the cross and the registration box stand, there is a beautiful view of the group and part of Gailtaler Alps, where Reißkofel and its western neighbour Torkofel can be seen most beautifully. In good weather, the view extends from the Julian Mountains via Carnic Alps to the highest peaks in the High Tauern.
