Description of mountain hut:
La Marmotta is located to the east of the Passo Campolongo pass, next to the smaller Passo Incisa at 1938 metres. The beautifully furnished hut, surrounded by the vast meadows of the Pralongia plateau, offers a very fine view of the Marmolada and the Puez mountain group. The nearby meadows also offer views towards the Sella mountain group. The hut is also well visited in winter, as it is located in the immediate vicinity of the ski slopes. In summer, there is an interesting downhill track for mountain bikers near the hut. There are also numerous children's playgrounds next to the hut.
