Description of peak:
Spodnji Rokav, which joins the Rokavi Group and the Škrlatica mountain range, is undoubtedly one of our wildest and most inaccessible peaks. No climb is easy, and if not technically it is quite difficult in terms of orientation. A lot of attention should also be paid to the rock, which is not always of good quality. Rather the reverse, there are fewer places with good rock than many places with porer quality rock. I recommend climbing it in autumn, when the larches are yellow and everything is glowing. That's when you really feel the concept of "symphony in the rock". And it's a safe climb up an extremely wild and lonely mountain.
There are two approaches, but I will concentrate only on the Potočnik-Tominšek direction. The route, which with its 700 m is already one of the more serious hikes, is by no means to be underestimated. Anyone who underestimated the route got a fair burn. Enough words. Let's get on with the description!
