Description of peak:
L'Ciaval is a 2,907-metre-high mountain in the Lavarella mountain group. The mountain and the entire ridge in which it is located are recognisable by their vertical western face, which rises above the Val Badia valley. From the summit on which the cross stands, there is a very fine view of the nearby peaks of the Lavarella mountain group, and the Tofana, Marmolada, Sella and Puez mountain groups are also visible.
