Description of peak:
Höhenburg is a 2108 metre high mountain in the Glockner mountain group in the High Tauern. It is located next to the Moserboden reservoir. From the top of the hill, where a small cross stands, there is a very nice view of the nearby lakes Wasserfallboden and Moserboden. The numerous three-thousand-point peaks in the surrounding area are also very visible.
