Old Castle of Celje

Description of peak:
Celje's Old Castle is located south-east of Celje on a hill called Grajski hill. The castle, which was abandoned in the 18th century, was also the largest fortification on Slovenian territory in the middle of the last millennium (around 1400). From the castle you have a beautiful view of Celje and part of Posavsko hribovje, and you can also see most of the Slovenian Alps in good visibility.
